The group recorded their first single in April of the same year bearing the title of “Shake Your Body” in French “Bouge ton corps”. Shake Your Body is a title they did in collaboration with DJ FABOULOUZA.

He then shot the clip for the said song during the month of July 2016 and announced on his networks that the song would be available on the Swiss’s platform Soundcloud.
Thus, Black FW continues with projects to the present day.
Biography

Childhood and career
Kasindi Wenga Freddy was born on November 28, 1999 in Goma, Democratic Republic of Congo. He is the son of Denis Wenga and Nathalie Kasindi.
He spent all his childhood in the city of Goma where he began his studies at Cardinal Malula
(Kindergarten), then continued the primary cycle at the Mama Mulezi School Complex to complete his humanities at the Mwanga Institute (formerly called Mwanga College).

From a young age, Black FW has been in love with music through his brothers who always used to play music for him. It was in 2005 that Black FW fell in love with music. At the time, he was still used to listening to Congolese and American music because the world was flooded with American sounds. He was quickly influenced by artists like Puff Diddy, Birdman, T.I, 2PAC, Chris Brown,…
For Black FW, music has always been his source of inspiration. A day can’t go by without the artist playing music and being up to date with new releases.

In 2009, seeing the wave of Nigerian music with new artists coming from all over and quickly hitting hard in Africa and around the world, Black FW wanted to do better than them one day in his life. This is how Black FW went from poet to artist because he has always been passionate about writing. In 2010, he began his first compositions, drawing inspiration for the first time from the song “Church” by the Jamaican artist Shaggy where he wrote his lyrics in Swahili but in vain this song did not see the light of day in the studio. He does not give up, he focuses first on his studies. Thus, he obtained during the year
2010-2011 his certificate of completion of primary studies.

In 2016, he then decided to get into music with his brother and his nephew. They then make their debut in the studio by recording their title Shake Your Body.

The group Young W announced in 2017 their separation so that each of them began a solo career. Thus, Black FW released “Mama Africa” in collaboration with Del Claude and Fresh MC. In Mama Africa, the three artists pay tribute to African women for their sacrifices towards an entire community. It makes Mama Africa available on March 31, 2017 on the Youtube platform and later on other legal streaming and download platforms (Apple Music, Spotify, Deezer, etc.)

Thus, in 2018, Chelmi B invites him to feature on the track “BEST BOY” which is available for streaming on all platforms and whose clip is available on Youtube. On July 13, 2018, his single “TALK” was released, a song where he talks about how a couple can survive despite the hateful pursuits of illintentioned people. The artist is inspired by Drake‘s “Hotline Bling”. He is making a remake of Talk which he is now making available on all legal streaming and download platforms.
In December of that same year, the two artists participated in the #BiibiBaChallenge, a challenge organized by the Ghanaian artist Sarkodie on social networks to find rising stars in African music.
In 2020, Black FW signs a distribution contract with Benika Music Africa whose headquarters are in Liège, Belgium.
In January 2020, he returned to the studio to record “GRTFL” with Ponda Beat, which he decided to release on Friday April 11, 2020 in full confinement. Grateful (GRTFL in acronym) is a song where Black FW shows his gratitude to God and to the people who matter in his life. Thus, he thanks God for having given him a beautiful gift with a distinction in the state exam. GRTFL has been available since April 11, 2020 on all legal streaming and download platforms. He later dropped GRTFL official music video on
April 28, 2022 in loving memory of his later mother and to all those who passed away.

The year 2020 has not really been a successful year in all sectors, the world
has lost a lot. In January 2020, Black FW after learning of the tragic death of his favorite basketball player Kobe Bryant aka Black Mamba, he then decided to return to the studio later to give him a vibrator tribute with a title he called “Black Mamba“. He works this song with Ponda Beat. He is releasing the track on February 5, 2021 on all platforms, a week after the anniversary of Kobe Bryant’s passing. He was also invited in collaboration with rapper Eddy DJ from the “Team Zero” collective, whose title will
soon be released.
The artist also promises the release of his first opus in 2023, if God gives him life.
